We are looking for an experienced React Developer with 8+ years of software development experience to join a high-performing Agile team responsible for developing digital banking solutions for enterprise customers.You will primarily focus on building modern, scalable React applications while also contributing to backend development using Java and Spring Framework whenever required. The role requires strong expertise in Six Sigma and BPMN, plus familiarity with ARIS, to set up end-to-end process improvement frameworks and drive a Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement culture that monitors key process indicators; excellent communication in French, Dutch and English is essential. Good-to-have attributes include Six Sigma certification, market knowledge and a solid understanding of telco/network domains (Network Transformation, Audit, Plan/Design), telecom processes for copper and fiber maintenance, and technologies such as FTTx, VDSL and GPON.
