Overview
SAP EWM Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience in implementation, support, and configuration of SAP EWM solutions. Skilled in analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into system design. Strong experience in workshops, testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and transport management. Proven ability to deliver enhancements and support end-to-end warehouse processes in both project and run environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP EWM.
- Perform in-depth analysis of business processes and system requirements, identifying, interpreting, validating, and documenting customer needs.
- Lead workshops to gather business requirements and map them to system functionality.
- Design, customise, configure, and test SAP EWM solutions.
- Identify gaps and propose workarounds or system enhancements.
- Act as a liaison with clients to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve system issues.
- Manage changes and emergency transports for high-priority issues.
- Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
- Provide consulting services for both new implementations and ongoing support projects.
- Mentor junior team members and provide ad-hoc training and user support.
Must Have Skills
- At least 10 years of experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP EWM implementation, configuration, and support.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and ability to translate requirements into system solutions.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements through workshops.
- Ability to design, customise, configure, and test SAP EWM solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and propose workarounds or enhancements.
- Experience in incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system issue resolution.
- Strong documentation skills for functional specifications, test cases, and test results.
- Ability to work in both project and support environments.
- Experience in mentoring junior consultants and supporting end users.
