Overview
SailPoint Architect with 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specialising in SailPoint Identity solutions. Skilled in designing and implementing IAM architectures, driving process improvements, and optimising service delivery. Strong experience in team leadership, code reviews, troubleshooting, and supporting deployments across QA and production environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Implementing process improvement activities and initiatives.
- Monitoring the operational efficiency and effectiveness of services, benchmarking against internal and external reference points.
- Team mentoring and performance appraisals.
- Overseeing the overall project management and deliverables.
- Interacting with the EC Manager on status updates and resolving all concerns and issues.
- Creation of high-level design documents and support for implementation.
- Perform code reviews as per the design.
- Review test cases and test results.
- Support QA, PIE, and Production deployments and fix any issues during implementation.
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience.
- Strong expertise in SailPoint Identity.
- Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Experience in process improvement and continuous service optimisation initiatives.
- Experience in mentoring team members and conducting performance reviews.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills during implementation and production support.
