Overview
Project Manager with 6+ years of experience leading multiple workstreams and ensuring successful dashboard delivery. Manages risks, project plans, and schedules, and collaborates closely with Product Owners to align backlogs with business goals. Requires strong Cyber and Information Security expertise, experience in NS2, R&D, and OT, and proficiency with Jira and Confluence. Strong stakeholder communication and smooth sprint execution are essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage multiple workstreams and track progress
- Manage risks and ensure the successful delivery of dashboards
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and schedules
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure well-defined and prioritized backlogs aligned with business objectives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership, providing transparent updates on progress, risks, and outcomes
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress, ensuring smooth sprint execution
Must Have Skills
- At least 6 years of relevant Project Management experience
- Ability to facilitate delivery across multiple workstreams
- Strong capability in driving project delivery, fostering collaboration, and proactively following up on action items while managing risks and issues
- Strong knowledge of Cyber Security and Information Security
- Experience in Network Security (NS2), Research & Development (R&D), and Operational Technology (OT) security
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools, including Confluence and Jira
- Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
