We are hiring a Python Developer / AI Software Engineer to join the Data Engineering team responsible for building and maintaining the Edison big data platform on AWS. You will design and implement libraries, frameworks and services for large-scale data processing, support AI workloads, and create AI code tools (agents/skills/plugins/policies) to accelerate developer productivity. You’ll collaborate across Edison teams, work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and help deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions that support thousands of data pipelines across multiple countries.
Platform Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to join a high-performing Platform Operations team responsible for managing a highly available, secure, and scalable cloud platform built on Kubernetes. This role focuses on platform lifecycle management, day-2 operations, observability, security, automation, and incident response, ensuring business-critical web applications and APIs remain reliable, performant, and secure. You will collaborate closely with Development, Security, and Product teams to maintain operational excellence while continuously improving platform stability and automation.

Experienced .NET Developer with strong knowledge of .NET 8–10, EF Core, SQL Server, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ. Skilled in delivering high-quality, standards-compliant solutions and developing scalable applications using modern technologies, including Blazor and microservices architecture. Strong communication skills, accountable mindset, and fluent English with French or Dutch proficiency.

Experienced Solution Architect with 6+ years of experience to lead architecture initiatives for a Consumer Centricity Platform. The role involves guiding product teams, driving the migration from Azure to a Kubernetes-based cloud-native platform, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. Candidates should have strong Azure, cloud-native, integration, and API management expertise, with excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Machine Learning Engineer (MLOps focus)
Machine Learning Engineer (MLOps focus) with 6+ years of experience designing and automating end-to-end ML pipelines (CI/CD, CT), productionising models, and ensuring scalable, reliable deployments. Strong Python, SQL, Spark, Azure DevOps, and Git expertise with experience in model governance, monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration in data-driven environments.
Service Desk Support Analyst
Service Desk Support Analyst with 8+ years’ experience in ITSM environments, specialising in ServiceNow-based incident and request management. Skilled in ticket creation, classification, prioritisation, and initial triage, ensuring accurate categorisation and Configuration Item (CI) assignment. Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail, ensuring complete documentation and effective end-user liaison in line with ITIL standards.
SailPoint Architect
SailPoint Architect with 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specialising in SailPoint Identity solutions. Skilled in designing and implementing IAM architectures, driving process improvements, and optimising service delivery. Strong experience in team leadership, code reviews, troubleshooting, and supporting deployments across QA and production environments.
IT Functional Analyst
IT Functional Analyst with 5+ years in Non-Life insurance and IT analysis. Translates business requirements into structured IT and technical solutions, prepares test cases, supports testing, and ensures delivery quality. Coordinates developers and stakeholders, works in multi-layer applications, SQL environments, and follows PRINCE2, TMAP, and architectural principles.
