We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive the company’s product vision and ensure its successful delivery. In this role, you will shape and communicate the product’s big picture, define the roadmap, and translate business needs into clear functional specifications for the development team. As the key decision maker, you will manage and prioritize the Product Backlog, plan iterations, and actively contribute to Agile ceremonies to guarantee alignment, consistency, and quality throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, solid expertise in Agile methodologies, and a proven track record in budget management, project management, and stakeholder management. You bring both technical and functional knowledge, combined with strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.

We are looking for an MES Application Tester (OpenText/ALM) to design, review, and execute test scripts for MES systems (OpCenter/XFP), manage test planning, and coordinate resources to ensure thorough functional and non-functional testing. You will support OpenText ALM usage, manage defects, and generate testing reports and KPIs, while advocating for quality throughout system implementation and defect resolution. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, with proven expertise in OpenText ALM and OpCenter (XFP), along with hands-on experience in manual testing. Familiarity with MES systems and excellent communication skills are also required.

Experienced Security Operations and SOAR Engineer to maintain, enhance, and automate enterprise security operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SOAR platforms, strong IT security expertise, and proficiency in Python and YAML. Knowledge of Palo Alto XSOAR and experience managing Windows and Linux servers is highly desirable, with additional experience in Web proxies, Network IDS/IPS, Firewalls, EDR, or other programming languages considered a plus. In this role, you will perform daily platform configuration updates, ensure compliance with security standards, resolve incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational responses. You will own configuration review and recertification processes, deliver KPIs, support platform upgrades, and contribute to projects by gathering stakeholder feedback and implementing customised security solutions. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with IT/security teams and defending security practices effectively.

Experienced Agile Coach to drive agile transformation across teams, guilds, and the organisation. In this role, you will guide teams in implementing our agile operating model, selecting the best methodologies and practices to suit their maturity levels. You will act as a mentor and trainer, empowering employees to embrace agile values, principles, and behaviors, while leading change management initiatives that promote a culture of continuous improvement. As an Agile Coach, you will facilitate agile ceremonies (squad, tribe, guild, theme-based), participate in operational meetings, and design tailored processes to ensure agile practices are effectively applied. You’ll collaborate with fellow coaches, create training materials, and deliver coaching sessions to simplify agile adoption across product, process, people, and technology disciplines.
