The Functional Analyst will communicate effectively with teams, coach junior analysts, challenge business experts when needed, and may assume the role of product owner. A proactive, quality-driven attitude and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams are essential.

Business Analyst is responsible for providing functional support to clients, gathering and documenting business requirements, defining functional specifications, testing and validating new features, and managing key projects and initiatives within the financial markets environment. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to think creatively and perform reverse engineering.
