Job Responsibilities
- Coordinates the IT service desk.
- Ensures service restoration in case of interruption or degradation impacting the company or its third parties.
- Responsible for the effective delivery of Incident Management and Request Fulfillment processes.
- Oversees and performs corresponding service reporting activities.
- Acts as the first escalation point for incidents not resolved within agreed service levels.
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Ability to coordinate IT service desk operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Strong capability to restore services promptly in case of incidents, interruptions, or performance degradation affecting the company or third parties.
- Solid experience in managing Incident Management and Request Fulfillment processes in line with agreed service levels.
