Medior Functional Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Medior Functional Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and ICT solutions. The successful candidate will translate business analyses into functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with ICT strategy and clarity for developers, testers, and other stakeholders. This role involves collecting and documenting requirements, maintaining functional documentation, and translating business strategies into actionable, development-ready materials. The Functional Analyst will communicate effectively with teams, coach junior analysts, challenge business experts when needed, and may assume the role of product owner. A proactive, quality-driven attitude and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams are essential.
Functional Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst with at least 10 years of proven expertise. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, translating business analyses into clear functional and technical requirements. You will ensure that clients have a realistic understanding of deliverables, developers know exactly what to build, and testers can design accurate and efficient test environments. As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in aligning analyses with the overall ICT strategy, maintaining high-quality documentation, and sharing knowledge across teams. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and testers to ensure project success and may take on project management or team leadership responsibilities. This position requires solid experience in strategic analysis, strong knowledge of Business Process Modeling, UML, BPMN, and functional analysis, and the ability to challenge and improve existing processes. Proficiency in tools like Confluence and Jira, combined with a proactive and quality-driven mindset, is essential.
Business Analyst
Business Analyst is responsible for providing functional support to clients, gathering and documenting business requirements, defining functional specifications, testing and validating new features, and managing key projects and initiatives within the financial markets environment. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to think creatively and perform reverse engineering. Excellent communication skills are essential.
Scrum Master
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to coach teams in self-organisation and Agile/Scrum practices, drive continuous improvement, remove obstacles, and ensure teams stay focused on their objectives. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of relevant experience,
in-depth knowledge of the Agile way of working, excellent understanding of Scrum principles and practices, experience in coaching teams in Agile/Scrum practices, and knowledge of feature planning and end-to-end feature delivery.
Process Engineer
Process Engineer with 5+ years of experience, fluent in French, Dutch, and English, passionate about the investment world, and curious about process flows. The role involves collaborating with the Product Owner to define solutions, implement, and review business processes, owning end-to-end (E2E) processes from customer request to product/service delivery. The Process Engineer will ensure effective change management, design and improve the client journey, and work closely with the IT development team to provide accurate information for implementation. Responsibilities include actively participating in Agile ceremonies, leading process and product changes with 'Go-to-Market' colleagues, and gathering, analyzing, and challenging requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
Automation Tester
Automation Tester to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios based on existing documentation and application functionalities. The ideal candidate will provide recommendations on test coverage, including functional, non-functional, integration, and non-regression testing. You will prepare test data, execute tests, document results with evidence, and collaborate closely with the development team to maintain high-quality standards. A key responsibility is to select, implement, and maintain automated test suites, ensuring their regular execution within Agile/Scrum environments. Strong skills in test automation (e.g., Python scripting), test design, and defect tracking are essential. Familiarity with Robot Framework, databases, RabbitMQ, and IT concepts such as APIs and client-server architectures is highly desirable.
