Agile Coach
Experienced Agile Coach to drive agile transformation across teams, guilds, and the organisation. In this role, you will guide teams in implementing our agile operating model, selecting the best methodologies and practices to suit their maturity levels. You will act as a mentor and trainer, empowering employees to embrace agile values, principles, and behaviors, while leading change management initiatives that promote a culture of continuous improvement. As an Agile Coach, you will facilitate agile ceremonies (squad, tribe, guild, theme-based), participate in operational meetings, and design tailored processes to ensure agile practices are effectively applied. You’ll collaborate with fellow coaches, create training materials, and deliver coaching sessions to simplify agile adoption across product, process, people, and technology disciplines.
Business Analyst
Business Analyst with strong analytical and technical skills to join the company's Risk department. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, implement risk algorithms in C# (FACT), and develop and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analysis. You will be responsible for functional and technical analysis, documenting ETL rules, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment.
Business Analyst
Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience in payments and IT systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in conceptual modeling, requirements management, workflow processes, and international payments (SWIFT / payment investigations). Expertise in MS Office, XML, IT fundamentals, and testing is highly valued. The Business Analyst will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements, working closely with product owners, architects, and subject matter experts to align business and technology strategies. Key responsibilities include analyzing and designing new business processes, defining detailed product requirements and use cases, and translating them into test conditions for performance, product, and user acceptance testing.
Business Analyst
Experienced Business Analyst with at least 6 years of expertise in the banking industry to identify business needs, analyze market trends, and propose improvements to products and services. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT, define business requirements and acceptance criteria, and shape the target operating model and business-IT interfaces. A strong understanding of banking transactions and the Belgian banking landscape, including key players, trends, and regulations, is essential.
