Overview

Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and project delivery. Skilled in translating business needs into IT solutions, managing testing activities, and coordinating stakeholders across business and technical teams. Experienced in project follow-up, risk management, and process improvement, with exposure to software development, insurance environments, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage projects within business solutions and/or across the organisation, including day-to-day project follow-up and monitoring of planning and budget.
  • Analyse business needs, design solutions, and define functional requirements for IT implementation.
  • Define testing approaches, create detailed test plans, and execute test scripts.
  • Coordinate the delivery, implementation, and support of business solutions.
  • Facilitate collaboration between IT and key stakeholders, including Legal, Marketing, and other business teams.

Must Have Skills

  • University License/Master in Business Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Applied Economic Sciences, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical environment (software development and insurance).
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Experienced in working with structured methodologies.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in analysing user needs and gathering business requirements.
  • Ability to document and write clear user requirements and functional specifications.
  • At least 5 years of experience in test execution, test management, and defect tracking.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and coordination skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in budget management, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Fluent in Dutch and/or French (one language fluent, the second at a good working level), with a good command of English.

  • Ability to organise work independently and provide regular updates to the direct manager.
