Business Analyst with 5 years of experience, seasoned in Retail. Expert in Power BI target-state design, EDWH architecture, data lineage, metadata governance (Collibra), SQL analysis, and stakeholder facilitation. Leads report rationalisation, metadata enrichment, and requirements definition, aligning SAP BO reporting with future EDWH and Power BI through close business and technical collaboration.
LeSS Adoption Expert & Scrum Master
LeSS Adoption Expert & Scrum Master with 10+ years of Agile/Scrum experience, including Large Scale Scrum implementations. Experienced in coordinating multiple teams, managing shared backlogs, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring LeSS principles. Strong in coaching teams, driving continuous improvement, risk management, stakeholder communication, and Agile tooling (JIRA, Confluence, Miro).
Fluent in Dutch and French, with good English level.
ECM/DMS IT Business Functional Analyst
ECM/DMS IT Business Functional Analyst with 3+ years’ experience in DMS implementation and Agile environments. Skilled in gathering and analysing business requirements, modelling processes (UML, BPMN), and acting as a key link between business and IT. Experienced in data analysis, migration support, user story prioritisation, and solution testing. Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills. Fluent in Dutch and French with good English.
Scrum Master
Scrum Master with 5+ years’ experience in IT/data-driven environments, leading Agile/Scrum delivery in multi-team setups. Improves squad efficiency, reduces run-and-maintain work, and enables innovation. Coaches self-organisation, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, removes blockers, and coordinates dependencies via Scrum-of-Scrums. Ensures end-to-end delivery, continuous improvement, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. Fluent in English, with knowledge of French or Dutch.
Business Analyst (GIS)
Business Analyst (GIS) with experience in GIS projects and ESRI ArcGIS Pro environments. Skilled in business analysis, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, testing, and process optimisation within Agile transformation programmes. Experienced in gathering business requirements, supporting GIS implementations, and coordinating communication between business and technical teams. Strong knowledge of BPM, Jira, Confluence, and GIS Viewer solutions.
HR Project Manager
HR Project Manager with 8+ years of experience delivering HR platform implementations end-to-end, including go-live. Skilled in managing scope, budget, planning, and multi-stakeholder coordination across internal and external teams. Strong in risk, dependency, and issue management, ensuring cost-efficient delivery and alignment with business goals. Experienced in HR environments, Agile practices, UAT coordination, and clear stakeholder communication. Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
Project Manager
Project Manager with 4+ years of relevant experience leading cross-functional Supply Chain transformation programmes, integrating ERP (e.g. SAP) and logistics platforms. Manages analysts, coordinates stakeholders across business and IT, and ensures end-to-end delivery. Brings strong retail domain expertise, with excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Functional Analyst
Senior Functional Analyst with strong experience translating business needs into end-to-end solutions. Manages supply chain, ERP, and logistics integration, leads functional workshops, and ensures governance and documentation. Strong retail domain expertise with knowledge of SAP (MM, WM, SD), and a deep understanding of supply chain flows and cross-functional delivery.
