Overview
IT Project Manager with 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in Agile environments. Expert in Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban, with strong delivery, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Certified in Agile Project Management and Product Ownership, fluent in English, Dutch, and French, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee deliveries across the Tribe’s various squads in line with the concerned IT Tribe leads.
- Ensure commitments are met (deadlines, quality, budget) in collaboration with Product Owners, IT Tribe leads, and technical teams.
- Identify and remove impediments blocking project progress.
- Ensure deliverables comply with security standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams.
- Produce dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery tracking.
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders.

Present progress updates at steering committees and governance meetings.
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in an Agile environment.
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Proven experience in project and delivery management.
- Agile Project Management and Product Owner certifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Leadership ability to unite cross-functional teams.
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for continuous improvement.

Nice to have
- Knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with banking back-end systems and document management solutions.
- Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
- Experience working with banking operations teams, including service centers and support lines.
