Overview
Experienced IT Project Manager with 10+ years in complex Agile environments. Coordinates cross-functional squads, ensures delivery on time, budget, and quality, removes impediments, enforces security compliance, and reports via dashboards and KPIs. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee deliveries across the Tribe’s various squads in line with the concerned IT Tribe leads.

Ensure commitments are met (deadlines, quality, budget) in collaboration with technical teams.
- Identify and remove impediments blocking project progress.
- Ensure deliverables comply with security standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with various teams
- Ensure effective communication and reporting.
- Communicate daily with the IT Tribe Lead.
- Produce dashboards and KPIs for delivery tracking.

Prepare and present progress updates for steering committees and governance meetings.
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in an Agile complex environment.
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Proven experience in project and delivery management.
- Experience in the banking sector.

Agile Project Management Certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Leadership ability to unite cross-functional teams.
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for continuous improvement.

Fluent in English and French.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
- Experience with banking back-end systems and document management solutions.
