Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a large-scale Agile transformation. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating collaboration, ensuring effective delivery, and driving continuous improvement across multiple squads and clusters. As a Scrum Master, you will help the tribe achieve its goals by fostering self-organization, reinforcing Agile practices, and maintaining a smooth delivery environment. You will take ownership of delivery for features or initiatives where your cluster is in the lead, coach squads on delivery-related topics, and ensure strong alignment and collaboration with other clusters and their respective Scrum Masters.
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting the tribe in delivering their goals by ensuring a smooth environment and facilitating continuous improvement.
- Helping the tribe to self-organize/manage and reinforcing Scrum/Agile practices within the tribe.
- Taking the delivery owner role for opus/feature where the cluster is in the lead.
- Coaching the squads in the cluster on delivery-related topics.

Fostering good collaboration with the concerned clusters in the Risk & Credits tribe (and especially their CSM).
Must Have Skills
- At least 10 years of professional experience.
- Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong experience in project delivery within a scaled Agile environment.
- Experience in delivering projects in a distributed development environment is preferable.
- Experience in the banking domain is mandatory.
- Experience in the credits and/or channels domain is preferable.

Fluency in English is required, along with strong proficiency in at least one local language (French or Dutch) and passive knowledge of the other.
Nice to have
- Certification in Agile methodologies or delivery is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex conflicts of interest between stakeholders.
- Capability to adopt a helicopter view to identify and resolve current and future inter-tribe and inter-squad dependencies.
