Overview
Second-Line Service Desk Engineer with 5+ years of experience in IT support and infrastructure environments. Skilled in resolving complex incidents, supporting end-user computing (Windows, Android, iOS), and managing networking and Microsoft technologies including Azure/Entra, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune. Experienced in configuring network equipment, documenting solutions, and supporting first-line teams. Strong communication skills with fluency in Dutch and French and good English knowledge.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyse and resolve complex incidents.
- Contribute to structural improvements.
- Apply broad knowledge of end-user computing (Windows, Android, iOS), networking, and IT processes (Azure/Entra, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune).
- Handle incidents and service requests through various ticketing channels.
- Configure network equipment, including switches, firewalls, and access points, for operational sites.
- Document solutions and technical procedures.
- Support first-line staff and contribute to the enhancement of their technical skills.
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Broad knowledge of end-user computing environments (Windows, Android, iOS).
- Strong understanding of networking and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Azure/Entra, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
- Experience configuring network equipment, including switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Ability to analyse and resolve complex incidents and service requests.
- Experience documenting technical solutions and procedures.
- Ability to support and coach first-line support staff.
- Willingness to travel regularly between operational sites.
- Fluency in Dutch and French with a good level of English.
