Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams and drive continuous improvement across enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a servant leader with a strong Agile mindset, capable of coaching teams, facilitating collaboration, improving delivery performance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You will work closely with Agile teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure effective Agile practices, data-driven improvements, and successful delivery of customer value.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile values, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Support and mentor multiple Scrum teams with varying levels of Agile maturity.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on delivery excellence and customer value.
  • Monitor team health, delivery metrics, and performance indicators to drive evidence-based improvements.
  • Remove impediments and facilitate effective problem-solving while empowering teams to become self-organized.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and Agile leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Promote Agile best practices and support the adoption of Lean and Agile methodologies.
  • Facilitate workshops, team-building activities, and collaborative sessions.
  • Participate in Agile Community/Chapter events and contribute to Agile knowledge sharing.
  • Encourage experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning within Agile teams.
  • Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives and continuous process improvements. 

Must Have Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience working as a Scrum Master.
  • Experience supporting 2–3 or more Agile teams as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with organizational Agile objectives.
  • Experience using delivery metrics, team health metrics, and customer satisfaction metrics to drive improvements.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster team development.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Fluent in French or Dutch with a good understanding of the other language. 

Nice to have

  • Experience working outside traditional IT environments.
  • Experience working as a Scrum Master across multiple organizations.
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies.
  • Understanding of UX Design principles and frameworks.
  • German language skills.
  • Passion for Agile innovation and continuous experimentation.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Agile transformations.
