Overview
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams and drive continuous improvement across enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a servant leader with a strong Agile mindset, capable of coaching teams, facilitating collaboration, improving delivery performance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You will work closely with Agile teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure effective Agile practices, data-driven improvements, and successful delivery of customer value.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile values, and continuous improvement practices.
- Support and mentor multiple Scrum teams with varying levels of Agile maturity.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on delivery excellence and customer value.
- Monitor team health, delivery metrics, and performance indicators to drive evidence-based improvements.
- Remove impediments and facilitate effective problem-solving while empowering teams to become self-organized.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and Agile leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Promote Agile best practices and support the adoption of Lean and Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate workshops, team-building activities, and collaborative sessions.
- Participate in Agile Community/Chapter events and contribute to Agile knowledge sharing.
- Encourage experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning within Agile teams.

Must Have Skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience working as a Scrum Master.
- Experience supporting 2–3 or more Agile teams as a Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with organizational Agile objectives.
- Experience using delivery metrics, team health metrics, and customer satisfaction metrics to drive improvements.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster team development.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.

Fluent in French or Dutch with a good understanding of the other language.
Nice to have
- Experience working outside traditional IT environments.
- Experience working as a Scrum Master across multiple organizations.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies.
- Understanding of UX Design principles and frameworks.
- German language skills.
- Passion for Agile innovation and continuous experimentation.
