Overview
The SAP ERP HCM Functional Consultant implements and supports SAP HCM modules, including OM, PA, Time Management, and Payroll. The role includes participating in full lifecycle implementations, preparing documentation, analysing business requirements, and ensuring smooth data migration. Strong functional knowledge and excellent communication skills are essential, with S/4HANA and H4S4 knowledge as a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP HCM modules, including OM, PA, and Time Management.
- Participate in at least two full lifecycle implementations and contribute to one or more support projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an onshore/offshore delivery model.
- Prepare documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, user manuals, and test scripts.
- Analyse business requirements, design high-level solutions, and implement them effectively.
- Ensure smooth data migration using appropriate tools and techniques.

Apply creative and analytical approaches to resolve issues and optimise business processes.
Must Have Skills
- At least 4 years of SAP HCM experience, including both implementation and support.
- Strong functional knowledge in OM, PA, Time Management, and Payroll.
- Experience with data migration tools.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and client-facing environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of S/4HANA and H4S4 functionalities (an added advantage).
- Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
