Overview

PMO Support ensures effective coordination across programs and projects by maintaining methodologies, tracking roadmaps, and managing risks, issues, milestones, and reporting. The role strengthens Business–IT communication, supports steering committees and change activities, and provides analytical, stakeholder, and financial support to drive delivery. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting program and project managers in coordination, guidance, and communication tasks 
  • Acting as guardian of program/project methodologies 
  • Steering committee preparation and follow‑up 
  • Ensuring follow‑up of initiatives and projects 
  • Coordinating and strengthening communication between Business and IT 
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly reporting, including consolidation 
  • Maintaining the roadmap 
  • Following up and challenging risks and issues 
  • Following up and challenging milestone planning 
  • Creating presentations on specific topics 
  • Providing guidance and support to projects on demand 
  • Supporting the development of roadmaps for specific topics or initiatives
  • Supporting change management activities 
  • Following up on resources and costs in close collaboration with PgM/PM

Must Have Skills

  • At least 4 years of experience in PMO and/or Project Management is required
  • Knowledge of PMO and Project Management methodologies is a plus (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI standards)
  • Experience using program/project management tools is a plus (e.g., Sciforma, MS Project)
  • Autonomous and capable of managing and meeting program deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data for decision‑making and problem‑solving
  • Strong stakeholder management, including executives, team members, and external partners
  • Understanding of budgeting, financial analysis and resource allocation
  • A good level of Dutch and/or French, along with English, is required
