Overview

PMO Support with 6+ years of experience in large-scale transformation programs. Supports stream leads in governance, planning, risk management, and cross-stream coordination. Skilled in executive reporting, workshop facilitation, Jira usage, and stakeholder communication. Strong ability in information consolidation, dependency management, and steering complex international environments. Fluent NL/FR/EN.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Stream Leads in daily activity steering.
  • Respect and execution of methods and governance defined by transversal PMO (applying drumbeat and enabling required Stream meetings and ceremonies).
  • Intra-Stream plan steering; coordination with other streams upon necessity to achieve end-to-end delivery.
  • Risk identification and management; elaboration of remediation/mitigation path(s).
  • Facilitate or realise deep-dives on specific stream-related topics.
  • Consolidate and qualify information, bring forth key messages, identify dependencies to manage and initiate corresponding connections across the organisation. 
  • Set up and facilitate workshops upon necessity.
  • Produce executive-level documentation and support material (e.g. slide decks) enabling steering by appropriate committees and governance bodies.
  • Recurrent or on-demand reporting on progress and risks.
  • Usage of a specific tooling (JIRA) with rigorous continued update policy.
  • Interactions in a complex, multi-layered environment with collaboration between different countries.

Must Have Skills

  • At least 6 years of experience in PMO.
  • Ability to focus and analyse.
  • Excellent progress reporting and communication skills.
  • Ability to consolidate information, extract key messages, and manage dependencies.
  • Strong workshop preparation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to produce executive reporting and create presentation materials (slide decks, steering committees).
  • Hands-on experience with the Jira tool.
  • Experience in large projects involving IT replatforming.
  • Understanding of business processes in the context of a complete operational transformation, preferably in an energy utilities market context.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
