Overview
We looking for an IT Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interview and hire great employees.
You will collaborate with team members on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like LinkedIn networks and referrals. Our ideal recruiter should hold an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts and hire the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Job Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for various technical IT positions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer stage
- Leverage custom GenAI tools to accelerate candidate sourcing and screening
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
- Draft clear, concise job descriptions and candidate summaries
- Maintain accurate recruitment data using Excel and Word
- Communicate complex technical requirements clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously under tight deadlines
Must Have Skills
- Medior-level experience in IT recruitment or technical sourcing
- Ability to run efficient E2E candidate screening sessions in foreign markets and cultures
- Strong cultural acumen and a global-citizen mindset to work seamlessly with candidates and clients worldwide
- Excellent command of Office, especially Word and Excel
- Proven experience leveraging GenAI in fast turnaround environments
- Strong capacity to multi-task across multiple priorities
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Solid understanding of technical roles and IT requirements
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for software engineering or data roles
- Knowledge of emerging AI recruitment tools and platforms
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic understanding of technical hiring metrics and KPIs
- Managing production flows in ERP system
- Experience working with international, distributed teams
