Overview
Helpdesk & Workplace Support Technician with 5+ years’ experience in large enterprise environments. Strong skills in Windows 10/11, Office 365, macOS, Active Directory, and troubleshooting. Experienced in hotline, on-site, VIP support, and mobile device management. Provides 1st & 2nd line support, resolves incidents, manages workstations, and coordinates IT services. Fluent in FR/NL/EN.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide 1st & 2nd line support by telephone, email, or in person
- Actively filter, handle, coordinate, and follow up on IT service requests
- Provide user assistance in a broad sense, including tablets, smartphones, etc., via all communication channels (phone, email, IT corner, Yammer, etc.)
- Identify, track, and resolve hardware and software incidents affecting end users
- Ensure workstation asset management
- Set up, configure, and maintain workstations
- Prepare accurate and timely support documentation where required
- Actively contribute to workplace-related projects
- Coordinate technical assistance to resolve operational issues with internal and external service providers
- Liaise with external suppliers to ensure delivery meets agreed standards and timescales
- Advise on workplace and mobile architecture in a broad (conceptual) sense
- Drive innovation and improvement projects
Must Have Skills

At least 5 years of relevant experience is required
- Extensive experience with Windows 10/11
- Strong expertise in Office 365
- Proficient in macOS
- Solid experience with Active Directory
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Skilled in proximity/on-site support
- Strong experience in hotline/remote support
- Experienced in mobile services support, including smartphones, tablets, and mobile device management systems
- Advanced VIP IT support experience
- ITIL knowledge considered an advantage
- Strong interest in IT technology trends
- Strong analytical mindset, able to tackle problems from different angles and make quick decisions
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
Nice to have

Good experience in PowerShell
- IT workplace experience in a large enterprise environment (+1,000 users); experience in a trading environment is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to work autonomously
- Service-oriented (customer-facing)
