Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer journey maps to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Identify pain points across the customer journey and define strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all customer touchpoints.
- Collect and analyse customer data to inform journey decisions and strategies.
- Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to improve targeting and personalisation.
- Continuously monitor, measure, and optimise customer journeys to improve performance and ROI.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and journey mapping.
- Communicate customer journey strategies, insights, and initiatives to key stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive initiatives that improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth.
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Strong expertise in Customer Journey Management and Customer Experience (CX).
- Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
- Ability to analyse and interpret customer data to generate actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of customer service and experience optimisation.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
