Overview
Change and Release Manager with 10+ years of experience and a strong background in business analysis and cross-functional requirements coordination. Owns project-level change and release activities, supports Agile teams, leads functional resources, and acts as gatekeeper for system installations and access.
Job Responsibilities
- Own change and release management at the project level.
- Support the Scrum Master in managing project teams.
- Support and lead Functional Engineer(s).
- Act as gatekeeper to greenlight installations to any system.
- Perform capacity planning.
- Provide metrics and status reporting.
- Approve tool access for project resources.
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong expertise in release and change management at project and program levels.
- Solid background in business analysis and cross-functional requirements coordination.
- Proven Agile specialisation, with experience working in Scrum-based environments.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities across technical and functional teams.
- Experience in capacity planning, metrics tracking, and reporting.

High proficiency in documentation development.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with regulated environments, preferably Pharma.
