Azure Cloud Architect
Azure Cloud Architect with a strong background in cloud security, architecture, and DevSecOps to design and implement secure, scalable, and compliant cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in cloud security or related fields and at least 3 years of hands-on expertise architecting secure Azure environments.
This role requires deep knowledge of Azure security services (e.g., Azure Defender, Sentinel, Key Vault, Entra ID), cloud networking (VPNs, subnets, NSGs, load balancers), and security frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIS2. Proficiency in IAM, encryption strategies, container security (AKS, Docker), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep) is essential. Primary location: Brussels, with occasional travel to Berlin.
DEV Engineer - IT Developer Java
DEV Engineer with 4+ years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in clean code principles, object-oriented programming, and design best practices such as SOLID and Domain-Driven Design (DDD). In this role, you will be responsible for translating business and technical requirements into high-quality, maintainable code using technologies like Java, Spring, Maven, and RESTful APIs. Your daily activities will include refactoring, unit testing, and applying Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles to ensure performance and reliability. You will uphold high development standards through code reviews, pair programming, and by maintaining an Agile mindset, fully embracing the SCRUM values: Focus, Commitment, Openness, Respect, and Courage. Strong communication skills and the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions are essential to succeed in this position.
Java Backend Developer
Java Backend Developer with 10+ years of experience and a strong focus on end-to-end development. Proficient in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Web Services (REST/SOAP). Experienced in modern DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Docker.
Platform Developer
Platform Developer with 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development, specializing in the Microsoft Power Platform—particularly Power Apps and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in developing Canvas Apps and strong proficiency in Power Fx, the core formula language used in Power Apps. A solid understanding of Azure is essential, including the ability to create and manage Azure Functions, with familiarity across other Azure services being a strong advantage.

Solution Architect with 10+ years in IT. Proficient in SQL, Data Queries, API, Kafka, Data Analysis, Data Management, Solution Design, managing distributed systems, Agile.
DataBricks Developer
Databricks Developer with 4+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT workflows, and cloud solutions. Skilled in designing and optimizing data pipelines, developing models for analytics, and ensuring data integrity. Proficient in AWS, Python, SQL, Delta Lake, and Dataiku, with a strong focus on performance and DevOps practices.
Core Java Developer
Core Java Developer with 6+ years of experience, specializing in Java programming, technical design, and coding best practices. Expertise in Agile methodology, Scrum, and both technical and business aspects of development. Skilled in developing and maintaining code, unit testing, and ensuring quality delivery in line with enterprise standards. Proficient in preparing production installations, supporting test management, and reviewing designs and code. Fluent in English with knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
PEGA Developer
PEGA Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience and a strong background in designing and implementing robust, scalable solutions using the PEGA platform. Highly skilled in PEGA development, with deep expertise in REST integration, process flows, screen flows, data modeling, and core PEGA components including class structures, activities, declarative rules, and decision rules. Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions in Agile environments, with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong focus on client engagement and satisfaction.
