Overview
System Engineer with 10+ years in managing enterprise desktop environments, software packaging (MSI/MSIX), SCCM to Intune migration, OS virtualization, deployment, Active Directory, Azure, TCP/IP, antivirus, and MDM. Skilled in System Center Configuration Management, Office 365 suite, and Servicenow.
Job Responsibilities

Evaluate the backend and endpoint infrastructure environment to define upgrades, modifications, and expansions while proposing improvements
- Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate various software and hardware solutions to meet infrastructure needs, enabling management to select the optimal solution
- Inform and guide the company's infrastructure users to ensure optimal and efficient utilization of systems
- Prepare technical designs aligned with specific architectural requirements
- Implement changes, upgrades, and expansions in software and hardware to align with user needs, support new projects, or expand existing systems
- Provide necessary support and maintenance to the B-IT infrastructure in compliance with ITIL methodology
- Participate in on-call duties when necessary to guarantee optimal availability
- Provide technical advice and information to internal and external clients, enabling them to accurately assess technical possibilities and limitations based on the B-IT technology stack
- Critically evaluate potential improvements in project procedures and workflows within the department
- Actively maintain and expand technical knowledge, sharing this knowledge and experience with colleagues in the field
- Extend and keep available documentation up to date
- Resolving software installation issues
- Preparing and maintaining installation documentation, organizing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support teams

alignment between software/hardware and user needs within the organizational
framework
Must Have Skills
- Master's Degree or equivalent through experience
- At least 10 years of experience in operating systems, virtualization, imaging, deployment, scripting, and management tools across Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, and iOS platforms
- Proven expertise in managing large enterprise desktop environments, particularly software packaging (MSI/MSIX) using tools such as InstallShield and WISE

Experience in migrating from SCCM to Intune
- Experienced in Active Directory, including domain setup and maintenance, trees, forests, trusts, groups, users, OUs, and sites, as well as LDAP and GPO
- Strong expertise in Azure, including static groups, dynamic groups, and license assignment, as well as storage architecture, including SAN and virtualization
- Skilled in TCP/IP, Routing, VLAN, DNS, DHCP
- Strong expertise in antivirus management with Windows Defender and patching management using WSUS and IBM tools
- Expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) using Intune, Knox, and third-party solutions (e.g., MobileIron, AirWatch), including Enterprise Mobility and Security Suite (Intune, Conditional Access Policies)
- Skilled in System Center Configuration Management (Distribution Groups, Task Sequences, Software Management) and Office 365 suite, including collaboration tools (Exchange/Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), Servicenow

Expertise in Asset Management based on ITIL methodology (e.g., IBM Control Desk)
- Advanced skills in Intune (MDM, MAM, BYOD), Knox, and related technologies
- Familiarity with internal organizational procedures and workflows
- Familiarity with current and business-specific software

Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English (both written and spoken)
