Overview
Solution Architect with deep expertise in .NET Core, Entity Framework, Microsoft .NET, MVC, REST API, SQL, TFS/GIT, WCF, and Blazor. Skilled in targeted data analysis, clear communication, and critical evaluation.
Job Responsibilities
- Guide the team’s efforts towards project success
- Provide technical leadership to colleagues through coaching and mentoring
- Take charge of organizing and managing all business activities
- Identify and encourage areas of growth and improvement within the team
- Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications based on web and desktop development using Microsoft technologies
- Participate in gathering and documenting user requirements, developing user stories, estimations, and work plans
- Prepare reports, manuals, and other documents on the status, functionality, and maintenance of software
- Design, develop, and test applications in line with established standards
- Participate in peer reviews of software creation and corresponding code
- Prepare and support the deployment of new versions
- Work with colleagues to migrate existing applications to current Microsoft technologies
- Develop, refine, and optimize integrations between applications
- Analyze and resolve technical and application-related issues
- Assess opportunities to improve applications and processes, preparing justification documents to share with team members and other stakeholders
- Adhere to development standards, guidelines, and high-quality principles (defined by Solution & Enterprise Architecture), ensuring software delivery within deadlines and budgets
- Recognize patterns in information, understand the logical cause-and-effect relationships, and distinguish between what is essential and what is not
- Establish correct and relevant links between different data sets to integrate them into a cohesive whole
- Draw appropriate conclusions based on the synthesis and alternatives generated

Must Have Skills
- Deep knowledge and experience in .NET Core, Entity Framework, Microsoft .NET, and MVC
- Skilled in REST API, SQL, TFS/GIT, and WCF

Good knowledge of Blazor

Ability to analyze data in a targeted manner and critically assess information
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately with stakeholders, team members, analysts, and architects
- Ability to critically evaluate information, assess available alternatives, establish connections between various data, design alternatives, and draw appropriate conclusions
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good working knowledge of English
