Job Description:
We’re an independent digital consultancy with big ambitions. With offices in Belgium, India and the UK, we support a wide range of businesses. We build digital teams and deliver digital solutions. We are hiring a Scrum Master with 8-10 years of experience.

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think

Responsibilities

As a strong business adviser and strategist, you help businesses create and implement strategies in marketing, public relations, web development, branding, and related digital fields.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders).
- Help teams implement changes effectively.
Must Have
- 8-10 years of experience in managing projects and Agile.
- 15+ years of experience in
the IT industry.

In-depth knowledge in
architecture and solutioning in a minimum of 3 areas of the following: Search
engine optimization (SEO), Content development, Digital advertising campaigns,
Sales funnels, Social media marketing, Video advertising, Monetization, Web
design, CRM, Data Analytics.

Proven experience in
driving digital transformation programs across various customers.
- Must be well-versed in digital channels, platforms, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).

Good knowledge of other
Agile frameworks (SAFE, XP, etc.).
- Fluent in English.

Experience working with
Indian outsourcing organizations and offshore setup.
Nice to have

Experience in Agile Project
Manager role.

Dynamic, passionate person
with ICT and BU affinity.

Familiarity with the
software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Fluent in French and Dutch.
