Overview
SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Project Manager with 10+ years of SAP project management experience, including large-scale supply chain and warehousing implementations. Leads end-to-end delivery of S/4HANA transformation projects, ensuring scope, budget, and quality control. Experienced in ECC/S/4HANA integration, Clean Core principles, and stakeholder management. Skilled in Jira, Confluence, and cross-functional coordination across IT, business, and system integrators. Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive successful delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation project with focus on supply chain management and system integration.
- Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external system integrators to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, cost, and quality standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure alignment with SAP Clean Core principles and best practices.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination between stakeholders.
- Use PMO tools such as Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
- Ensure smooth integration between SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within SAP environments.
- At least 8 years of experience in SAP supply chain and warehousing projects.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Stockroom Management.
- Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA integration projects.
- Solid understanding of SAP supply chain processes and system architecture.
- Experience working in large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in PMO tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to manage budgets, risks, and complex project dependencies.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
