Overview
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Business Consultant with 8+ years’ experience in Q2C modules, specialising in Sales Order Management and Billing. Skilled in testing, defect management, and Tricentis qTest. Experienced in end-to-end S/4HANA implementations, Agile/Scrum, SAP Solution Manager, and Fiori Apps, with strong stakeholder communication in multicultural environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Q2C modules, with a focus on Sales Order Management and Billing, ensuring stable, compliant, and scalable process execution.
- Design comprehensive test scenarios, execute structured test cycles, and manage the full defect lifecycle to secure high‑quality system performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to analyse issues, validate root causes, and drive timely, effective resolutions across business and IT stakeholders.
- Document end‑to‑end business processes, maintain clear traceability between requirements and test outcomes, and contribute to strong project governance in alignment with PMO standards.
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience.
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Q2C with a focus on testing.
- Hands-on experience with Tricentis qTest for test case management is required.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation or rollout in S/4HANA is a must.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Understanding of SAP Solution Manager and Fiori Apps is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a multicultural international environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Belgian and European business processes is an asset.
- Familiarity with regional tax requirements is considered a plus.
- Experience with transport management systems is valuable.
- Background in public transport or logistics industries is beneficial.
