Overview

SAP Project Manager with  4+ years as a Project Manager, 3+ years on SAP projects, and 1+ year managing SAP projects. Proficient with Project Documentation and Management Tools, Change Management, Client Management, and Process Reengineering.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define the scope, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, and impacts of the project 
  • Establish project governance while aligning with the global governance defined by the PMO
  • Integrate all stakeholders (e.g., business units, architects, change management, infrastructure, application teams, etc.)
  • Coordinate public procurement processes required for the project's execution 
  • Plan the project, ensuring resource and skill allocation for successful execution 
  • Manage the project scope effectively 
  • Deliver project outcomes with the required level of quality, within the timelines and budget, adhering to the project plan and governance framework
  • Oversee dependencies and interfaces with other related projects/applications 
  • Address encountered issues, implement necessary actions, and ensure their follow-up 
  • Anticipate and manage project risks 
  • Prepare for the transition to IT maintenance or operational teams 
  • Manage communication with all stakeholders 
  • Organize reporting in compliance with the PMO governance framework
  • Take charge of all the key aspects of project management

Must Have Skills

  • At least 4 years of experience as Project Manager
  • At least 3 years of experience with SAP Projects 
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager on an SAP project
  • Proficiency with Project Documentation and Management Tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
  • Experience in Change Management
  • Experience in Client Management, including processes, customer journey, and billing
  • Interest in Process Reengineering and Technically Oriented Projects
  • At Least 2 Years of Experience in the Utilities Sector (e.g., GRD or Energy Suppliers)  
  • Native in French

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
