Responsibilities

  • Integration with MM/SD/PP/PS.
  • Leading Team and handling client issues with onsite -offshore model.
  • Carry out month end closing using task in FCLOCO (closing cockpit) and the concept of Automatic Closing.
  • Perform enhancement of project tasks, including developing detailed work plans and managing status.
  • Taking appropriate action to resolve operational incidents.
  • Maintaining service tickets with appropriate information.
  • Liaising with the FI team to support incident resolution.
  • Ensuring support targets and SLAs are met consistently.

Must Have

  • At least 10 years of  experience.
  • Understanding and experience in the design, configuration, enhancement and testing of SD, MM, PP processes.
  • Experience in FI module and hands-on experience in General Ledger specifically New GL Concept, Payment Concepts - Down payment Dunning, Payment Orders, Security Deposit.
  • Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivables: installment plan, liquidation order of exchange rate, banks, cash management.
  • Hands-on experience in Credit management: Liquidity forecast/Planner, Exchange Rate.
  • Hands-on experience in Asset Account:  AUC, Retirement, Asset acquisition with PO and without Order, Post Revaluation and Material Ledger.  
  • Experienced in creating FSP for all WRICEF objects.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Any additional language knowledge is welcomed.
  • Strong analytical skills.
