Overview
SAP EWM Consultant with 6+ years of experience in SAP EWM configuration and implementation. Skilled in inbound and outbound warehouse processes and integration with SAP modules and external systems. Responsible for designing and optimising EWM solutions, supporting complex warehouse processes, and collaborating with global teams and stakeholders to improve warehouse operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP EWM solutions for life sciences and pharmaceutical clients, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and business requirements.
- Design, configure, and optimize SAP EWM processes, focusing on inbound and outbound logistics, internal warehouse movements, and handling unit management.
- Manage physical inventory, bin management, and warehouse master data configuration, including storage types, activity areas, and warehouse process types.
- Integrate SAP EWM with related modules by configuring CIF, IDOC, and qRFC for data exchange between SAP S/4HANA / ECC and EWM, including integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Design and implement complex warehouse processes such as POSC/LOSC, wave management, kitting, and cross-docking.
- Provide technical support using RF frameworks and ITS Mobile for handheld device configuration and warehouse operations.
- Debug ABAP code for troubleshooting and collaborate with development teams to implement custom enhancements.
- Lead or participate in interface development and integration projects, ensuring reliable data flow between SAP systems and external applications.
Must Have Skills
- At least 6 years of experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP EWM configuration and implementation.
- Skilled in inbound and outbound warehouse process configuration.
- Expertise in integrating SAP EWM with related SAP modules and systems.
- Ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones, ensuring effective communication and timely project delivery.
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive continuous process improvements in warehouse and production execution processes.
- Ability to work with multiple plant sites to resolve site-specific operational and system issues.
