Responsibilities

  • Attending requirements workshops and assisting business in the blueprint phase.
  • Identify and suggest possible process improvement opportunities through SAP CRM 7.
  • Defining and documenting solutions for SAP CRM Technical implementations, considering system architecture.
  • Prepare and manage all elements of unit testing.
  • Defect and root cause analysis using ABAP debugging and process knowledge.
  • Must have gone through all phases of a project lifecycle including design, development, testing, and document creation.
  • Analyzing business requirements to provide technical solution and prepare design document for implementation .
  • Support SAP incidents and provide timely resolutions with SLA adherence. 
  • Bring up new continuous improvement ideas through collaboration with different technical areas.
  • Conduct knowledge transitions and cross-skilling within the team. 
  • Collaborate with customers and the team in an Agile manner.

Must Have

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on CRM technical experience (ideally in the utility industry).
  • Must be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of CRM/ISU integration.
  • Must be able to perform optimization activities and support on major incidents and crises.
  • Must be able to provide support on developments/project requirements and mentor juniors while facilitating knowledge transition.
  • English: professional level of written and oral language.

  • Any additional language knowledge is welcomed.
