Responsibilities

  • Define and execute unit test, integration test, and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live support.  
  • Ensures consistent, timely and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keep track of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams with minimal supervision.

Must Have

  • At least 10 years of experience on SAP CRM.
  • Should have experience on Contracts Management, Case Management, Install base, Service Finance Integration, Service Confirmation, and Interaction Centre.
  • Experience with both Project and Production Support.
  • Should have experience in CRM Services and ECC(SD) - CRM integration.
  • Should have experience in SAP CRM Contract, Service Order Management, cross functional module integration, IBASE.
  • Should have good experience / strong domain knowledge CRM area.
  • Should be highly self-motivated, self-driven and independent in daily operations.
  •  Proficiency in Dutch, French and English.
