Overview
SAP ABAP / S/4HANA Consultant with 6+ years of experience to design, develop, and support SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP architectures, strong ABAP programming skills, and expertise in customising SAP solutions. A focus on SAP QM with integration across Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Plant Maintenance, as well as SAP WM and EWM, is essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to design of data models and data structures
- Participate to all the project phases (Functional Specification, Technical Design, Development, Testing, Cutover and Hyper Care)
- Analyse performance bottlenecks (SQL Plans) and provide optimisation techniques
- Work through multiple disparate data sources and quickly identify the required data elements for developing dashboards
- Data Integration concepts with Finance, Sales and Distribution, Operations, Quality and Plant Management for SAP Material Master, Bill of Materials, Routing, Recipes and Inventory Management
- Translating client business requirements and convert into business rules needed for cleansing, enrichment, translation, transformation, preload and post load validation
- Data Governance concepts for process, technology and people in setting up a data governance organisation
- Evaluating enterprise data architecture feasibility, risk and technologies related to business
- Advising CXOs on emerging data management quality governance technologies, tools and strategies consistent with clients business strategies
- Translating data quality business rules into technical specifications
- Responsibilities include analysing business needs, designing efficient systems, and providing ongoing support
Must Have Skills
- At least 6 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of SAP architectures
- Expertise in customising SAP solutions
- SAP QM expert with excellent knowledge and integration with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Plant Maintenance
- SAP knowledge in WM and EWM
- SAP ABAP technical knowledge
- Strong programming skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, essential for effectively liaising with business stakeholders
