Overview
Project Manager with 10+ years in complex environments, managing major End-to-End business/technical projects involving IT development. Proficient in PMI, Prince2, Agile, and Office tools.
Job Responsibilities

Manage large projects and steer virtual teams across the different departments of the company
- Ensure that business or technical projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget by using the company's methodology, while maintaining continuous alignment between various stakeholders (across impacted teams)
- Ensure that the needs of the internal clients are taken into account and that the business/technical solutions are delivered in line with the agreed requirements
- Define together with all involved parties the needed project budget
- Ensure that this budget is approved by all necessary "governance bodies"
- Identify timely budget variances and to challenge them avoiding your projects exceeds their budget
- Define in cooperation with your project team a clear and realistic project plan that meets project objectives and clearly identifies the expected results and the associated resources
- Commitment from the different departments regarding the expected results
- Challenging the various parties involved to ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe
- To avoid problems by identifying pro-active risks/issues and initiating timely the appropriate actions
- To escalate timely project problems to line management and /or project stakeholders ensuring they can still take appropriate action within their organisation
- To liaise continuously with management from the impacted departments, ensuring they are always fully aware of the project status to avoid surprises
- Provide day-to-day management and coaching of one or more virtual teams
Must Have Skills
- At least 10 years proven experience as dedicated Project Manager in complex environments
- Proven successful management for multiple End-To-End major business/technical projects involving IT development
- Familiar with project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince2, and Agile
- Familiar with Office tools: Word, Excel, MS Access, MS Project, and PowerPoint
- Proven leadership skills to manage effectively virtual project teams and stakeholders
- Ability to deal with uncertainty and demonstrate composure in a constantly changing environment
- Ability to handle ambiguity and manage conflicts effectively
