Overview
Program Manager ServiceNow with extensive experience in IT project management, software development, integration, and IT governance (e.g., ITIL). Skilled in PM², PRINCE2. Strong communicator and negotiator. Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.
Job Responsibilities
- Define the program, including constraints, risks, dependencies, priorities, budgets, success, and acceptance criteria, in collaboration with the involved stakeholders

Support the ServiceNow team in maintaining roadmaps
- Ensure projects within your scope align with objectives and with each other through effective dependency management, resource planning, and tactical prioritisation
- Monitor team workloads and anticipate capacity needs and potential issues
- Act as the reporting line for project managers within your scope and serve as the escalation point
- Support project managers within your scope by providing coaching and constructive challenges where appropriate
- Regularly communicate progress, agreed scope, and any adjusted schedules, including resource and competency needs, in a structured manner
- Manage and monitor risks and issues with project managers, escalating to management and stakeholders promptly when necessary
- Collaborate with project managers to seek solutions and discuss these with stakeholders, and if needed, with management
- Follow PMO procedures, including methodology and governance, and provide coaching to project managers on these processes
- Monitor the program budget and coordinate budgeting processes and amendments
- Lead Steering Committee preparations and reporting
- Build a network to ensure the follow-up and implementation of the program, ensuring it receives the necessary attention
- Take on project management responsibility for some (small) projects within the Program
- Create a positive atmosphere within the program and project teams and ensure efficient and quality delivery of the projects, taking into account impact on possible other projects of the program

Must Have Skills

Experience as a Program Manager within IT environments concerning software
development and integration
- Extensive experience as IT Project Manager on Software development and integration projects
- A strong overall understanding of IT governance and processes (e.g., ITIL)
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies, such as PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2
- Very good written and oral knowledge of Dutch and/or French and English
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, while maintaining a clear focus on the bigger picture
- Clear communicator both upstream and downstream, able to separate core information from details and deliver concise messages

Ability to negotiate
with different levels in the company, to close discussions to derive
conclusions and to handle conflicts
Nice to have

Experience and knowledge with implementation of SAAS based solutions
- Experience and knowledge of ServiceNow implementations
- Experience in implementing IT governance or IT service management solutions
- Experience in RFP within Public Sector
- Positive and constructive approach
