Overview
Process Engineer proficient in Visio, Aris, and process management tools. Strong in independent work organization, analysis, facilitation, communication, persuasion, negotiation, and Scrum values.
Job Responsibilities

Defining and implementing new business (sub)processes aligned with 'Business Architecture' principles (as defined for the domain) and strategic objectives
- Make the necessary adjustments to existing processes
- Continuously work to enhance existing processes, focusing on customer satisfaction, efficiency, and risk management
- If appropriate, contribute to defining the needs for and testing the changes to the applications, with regard to the three aspects mentioned above
- Regularly monitor and assess the existing processes (based on key indicators, customer complaints, etc.) and, if possible, identify improvements

Conduct analyses and studies related to the five points mentioned above
- Liaise and communicate with all involved at the appropriate time to realize the six points above, including, to keep in touch with reality on the floor, the operational teams
- Create and maintain sufficient (simple, understandable, easy to consult...) documentation, with a view to standardizing the implementation on the ground, solving incidents and supporting the resulting adjustments
- Ensure that the processes and their documentation comply with internal and external guidelines (Legal, Compliance, Permanent Control, General Inspection, etc.)
- Carrying out the various steps of change management at the appropriate time to ensure that customers and employees master the new or changed processes, including the adjustments to the applications
- Ensure follow-up and answer any questions after implementation of the changes (User support)
- Assist the team in delivering stories during the planned sprints, extending support beyond your specific area of expertise (the emphasis is on executing the sprint backlog, with stories prioritized by the Product Owner in function of the added value for the (internal or external) customer).
- The Process Engineer commits himself to the work to be carried out during a sprint or trimester (via the Agile Ceremonies including the Quarterly Agile Planning)
Must Have Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of the specific tools for process management (Visio, Aris, ...)
- Ability to organize work independently, including estimating the scope and complexity of tasks to be completed
- Excellent analysis skills and ability to structure and model
- Efficient facilitator and communicator, both orally and in writing
- Strong ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate
- Fully endorses the values of Scrum
