Overview
PeopleSoft HR Developer with 10+ years of experience designs, develops, and supports PeopleSoft Core HR and HR Benefits applications. The role resolves defects, supports PeopleTools releases, provides day-to-day application support, and collaborates with HRIS, Payroll, and IT teams using strong Oracle SQL and HR process expertise.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and unit test project initiatives for PeopleSoft Core HR and HR Benefits applications.
- Fix defects reported for both pre-GA and post-GA releases of PeopleTools.
- Provide day-to-day application support for PeopleSoft HR systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues as they arise.
- Manage the IT Service Desk queue related to HR Business Systems.
- Answer technical queries raised by PeopleTools Support personnel.
- Partner with HRIS, Benefits, and Payroll teams to maintain system stability and functionality.
- Document business processes and develop functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to complete assigned tasks effectively.
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft Core HR and HR Benefits modules.
- Proficient in SQL (Oracle, MSSQL).
- Experience working with PeopleTools and supporting system releases.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes.
