Overview

Experienced .Net Technical Lead with over 10 years of expertise in .Net development, architecture, and technical leadership. The role involves defining global and project-specific .Net Angular architecture, setting development standards, and implementing best practices including DevSecOps. The Technical Lead will support developers, serve as the primary point of contact for .Net Angular, troubleshoot complex issues across Entity Framework, Web API, console jobs, and MS SQL Server, and ensure front-end excellence using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and Blazor WA. The ideal candidate will apply advanced knowledge of IIS, Web Farms, load balancing, IdP, hybrid Identity, ADFS, OO programming, design patterns (IoC, DI, SOLID), unit testing, DevOps tools, IT networking, and security. Responsibilities also include managing teams, recruiting and coaching developers, assigning projects, and monitoring performance, while staying updated on technology trends and collaborating across IT domains.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define global .Net Angular architecture and project-specific architecture following company standards.
  • Determine and support standard tools, frameworks, libraries, and components.
  • Set development standards, guidelines, best practices, and DevSecOps approaches.
  • Support developers and serve as the point of contact for .Net Angular questions.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues involving Entity Framework, Web API, console jobs, and MS SQL Server.
  • Ensure front-end excellence with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and Blazor WA.
  • Apply expertise in IIS, Web Farms, load balancing, IdP, hybrid identity, ADFS, OO and design patterns, unit testing, DevOps tools, and IT security.
  • Manage teams: recruit, coach, assign projects, and monitor developer performance.
  • Stay updated with technology trends and collaborate with experts across IT domains.

Must Have Skills

  • At least 10 years of experience as a .Net Developer, Technical Lead, and Architect
  • Expert in .Net with 10+ years of experience in C#, Entity Framework (Code First, Migrations), Web API, console jobs, and MS SQL Server.  
  • Extensive front-end experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and Blazor WA (5+ years).
  • Excellent knowledge of IIS, Web Farms, and load balancing (5+ years).
  • Excellent knowledge of IdP, hybrid Identity, and ADFS (2+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns: IoC, DI, SOLID (5+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of Unit Testing (5+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps tools: NuGet, NPM, TFS, Git, TeamCity, Octopus, Azure DevOps, Jira (5+ years).
  • Good knowledge of IT networking and security (5+ years).
  • Experience defining development standards, guidelines, DevSecOps approaches, and best practices (2+ years).
  • Experience managing teams, recruiting developers, and coaching developers (5+ years).
  • Strong understanding of the IT landscape and role responsibilities.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (B2 upper-intermediate level).
