Overview

LeSS Adoption Expert & Scrum Master with 10+ years of Agile/Scrum experience, including Large Scale Scrum implementations. Experienced in coordinating multiple teams, managing shared backlogs, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring LeSS principles. Strong in coaching teams, driving continuous improvement, risk management, stakeholder communication, and Agile tooling (JIRA, Confluence, Miro).  Fluent in Dutch and French, with good English level.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales cycle
  • Coordinate multiple teams working on a shared backlog.
  • Facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as refinement sessions, sprint reviews, and sprint planning, ensuring adherence to LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) principles.
  • Analyse and optimise current ways of working.
  • Support project reporting on scope, budget, and risks.
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders and guide teams through iterations.
  • Coach IT teams in Agile practices.
  • Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution.
  • Promote self-organisation within teams.
  • Collaborate with more than 50 team members within a LeSS framework.
  • Ensure proactive risk management and optimisation of internal and external communication.

Must Have Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in LeSS adoption.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in team management (teams of 40+ people).  
  • Relevant certifications (Certified Scrum Master, LeSS Practitioner, SAFe 5, Agile Coach, Agile Leadership).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
  • Fluency in Dutch and French with a good level of English.
