Overview

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support business and IT teams in gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and helping deliver effective solutions. This role is suited for a local Belgian candidate with strong communication skills in French or Dutch and a relevant academic background. Belgian junior BA roles commonly require 1 to 3 years of experience, bilingual or multilingual capability, and a degree in a related field

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales cycle
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

 

Must Have Skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant university field such as science, mathematics, technology, IT, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent in French or Dutch; English is an advantage.

Nice to have

  • Local Belgian candidate, able to work on-site or in a hybrid setup.
  • Familiarity with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and basic testing support.
