Overview
The IT Process Architect with 5 years of IT experience, strong expertise in process management and architecture, and a proven ability to operate within large-scale IT environments. This role defines process governance frameworks, establishes management and measurement approaches, and ensures alignment across all process owners.
Job Responsibilities
- Continue the definition of the company's process landscape.
- Define the governance for the management of this landscape, including roles and responsibilities.
- Structure the approach for process management, including measurements.
- Manage the approach for tooling and evolutions.
- Align with Management and process owners on the governance and responsibilities.
- Organize alignment between process owners.
- Coach process owners to manage and improve their processes.
- Collaborate with communication services to communicate evolutions to all stakeholders (management, process owners, all employees).
Must Have Skills
- Master's Degree or equivalent through experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT.
- Strong experience in a midsize to large company (300+ IT employees).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- At least 2 years of experience in Process Management, Architecture, and IT Delivery.
- Fluent in French with good knowledge of English and a basic level of Dutch.
Nice to have
- Experience in the insurance or financial sector.
- At least 2 years of experience with ArchiMate modelling and Power BI.
- Knowledge of the ITIL and IT4IT frameworks.
- Knowledge of using AI in process management.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to bring structure to complex environments.
- High level of autonomy and ownership in task execution.
- Effective collaboration skills and ability to work across teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to influence and convince stakeholders.
