Overview
IT Process Analyst responsible for maintaining and enforcing project management practices, analyzing deliverable quality and maturity, proposing process improvements, implementing and documenting best practices, preparing board meeting agendas, logging key decisions, and ensuring alignment across initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and enforce project management practices and processes.
- Analyze the quality and maturity of project management deliverables.
- Identify and propose improvements to project management processes.
- Implement and document project management best practices.
- Prepare agendas for project management board meetings and log decisions and actions.
- Collaborate with other process owners (architecture, design, testing, etc.) to ensure alignment across initiatives.
- Maintain an inventory of tools and act as product owner for their continuous evolution.
- Prepare and facilitate project manager sharing meetings, guiding discussions effectively.
- Organize the project management best practices community and report outcomes to the project management board.
- Communicate project management updates and process evolutions to all project managers.
Must Have Skills
- Master's Degree or equivalent through experience.
- Experience in IT is mandatory.
- 2 years of experience in a midsize to large company (500+ employees).
- Strong knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience in Power BI.
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management (Waterfall/PRINCE2 oriented) and Process Management.
- Experience in Data Analytics.
- Fluent in Dutch with good knowledge of English and basic level of French.
Nice to have
- At least 2 years of experience with Azure DevOps and MS SharePoint.
- Experience in the insurance or financial sector.
- Analytical mindset.
