Overview
Governance Process Specialist Service brings in-depth knowledge of IT governance frameworks, hands-on experience in project, service, and release management, and proficiency in analyzing and defining IT governance processes. Possesses a strong background in organizational development, particularly in turnaround situations. Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish a standardized service management operating model that will streamline the company's operations and enhance service delivery.
- Formulate the target picture of the Operating Model.
- Detail specific processes (Level 3 and 4): detailed workflows; decision points, exception handling, and operational guidelines; interaction with the IT system; detailed task descriptions; templates and checklists for each phase; reporting metrics, mechanisms, and templates.
- Analyze existing processes of the Operating Model (at least Level 1); Levels 1 and 2 include: high-level process flows covering main process groups; roles and responsibilities, governance model; performance indicators (high-level KPIs); inputs, outputs, and process triggers; systems and tools used in the process; high-level process pain points and improvement areas.
- Conduct a detailed revision of existing processes.
- Perform a gap analysis (to-be vs. as-is) to identify processes that require standardization.
- Assess the impact and effort required for the implementation of these processes.
- Develop an implementation plan (e.g., processes to standardize, required resources, time planning).
Must Have Skills
- In-depth knowledge of IT governance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in project, service, and release management.
- Proficiency in analyzing and defining IT governance processes.
- Experience in organizational development (especially Turnaround) in this area.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving and a track record of driving results through continuous improvement.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn and ability to introduce creative and innovative solutions.
- Ability to navigate a complex stakeholder environment.
- Ability to speak, read and write fluently English.
