Overview
Functional Analyst with 5+ years in Business Analysis and ICT, certified in Lean Six Sigma, Agile Scrum Master, Project Management, and Digital Transformation. Proficient in SAFe, Scrum, BPMN, MS Office, JIRA, Confluence.
Job Responsibilities

Evaluate and analyze current organizational processes and functions
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance productivity
- Collaborate with department heads to align functions with strategic objectives
- Design and implement functional strategies that support organizational growth
- Monitor and report on the performance of implemented strategies

Implementing a lean delivery process and proposing improvements on it
Must Have Skills
- Completed a master degree in computer science or business science
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- At least 5 years of experience in ICT
- A Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile Scrum Master, Project management, Business analyses , Digital Transformation and Change management
- Experience with SAFe, Scrum, and BPMN

Deep knowledge as an end-user of MS Office, JIRA, Confluence

The ability to question requirements in a healthily critical way and record a supported conclusion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French or Dutch
Nice to have
- Highly appreciated: experience in the design or implementation of IT applications, Azure or .NET, Gherkin (or a willingness to learn these skills on your own time)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
