Overview
Documentum Consultant with 10+ years of experience, expertise in Documentum upgrades, platform maintenance, IT service management, and Agile methodologies.
Job Responsibilities
- Implementation of Documentum products and Documentum-related applications
- Stakeholder engagement activities
- Coordinating and driving multiple squads towards problem-solving
- Handling ownership of platform support
- Vendor management for various out-of-the-box support issues
Must Have Skills
- At least 10 years of experience
- Extensive experience in Documentum upgrade

Working experience on infrastructure maintenance of Documentum platform
- Understanding of the complete setup of content servers and all configurations (required), with hands-on experience being a plus
- Experience in IT service management and processes
- End-to-end experience on platform and application support activities
- Knowledge of working with integration of Documentum application with REST and Web services

Experience with Agile way of working
Nice to have
- Experience in managing risk and potential activities (good to have)
- Experience in security management for the platform (good to have)
