We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Device42 Administrator with 8+ years of experience to join our team.

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think

Responsibilities

Oversee the
administration and configuration of the Device42 platform, including server
deployment, setup, upgrades, and patching.

System Monitoring and
Maintenance: Monitor the health and performance of the Device42 infrastructure,
proactively identify and resolve issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks
to ensure system stability and availability.

User Support and
Training: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot, and resolve their
issues, and conduct training sessions to enable efficient utilization of the
Device42 platform.

Data Management:
Manage the data within the Device42 system, including data imports, exports,
backups, and recovery procedures, while ensuring data integrity and security.
- Integration and Automation: Collaborate with other teams to integrate Device42 with existing systems and tools and automate processes to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard the Device42 infrastructure and ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Generate reports and provide insights on system performance and usage metrics.

Collaboration and
Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, share knowledge,
and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the
Device42 environment.
Must Have
- At least 8 years of experience.

Proven experience as a Device42 Administrator (or similar role).

Expertise in managing and maintaining the Device42
platform.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including
servers, networks, databases, and virtualization technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for system administration tasks.

Experience with system monitoring and performance
tuning to optimize system resources and scalability.
