Overview
Data Quality Officer with strong understanding of Data Governance and Data Management, Enterprise Architecture, Data Analytics, and business/functional analysis. Experienced with SQL, Python, Azure. Skilled in challenging requirements, providing alternatives, and excellent communication.
Job Responsibilities
-
Provide guidance on all aspects of the company's Data Quality framework - including processes, roles and responsibilities, tools and reports, and dimensions - ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and needs
- Communicate and explain company's Data Quality framework within business and IT
- Raise awareness of the importance of data quality across the organization
- Provide the necessary support, coaching and training to business and IT during the roll out of company's Data Quality framework
- Engaging in data quality communities, both internally and externally
- Understand privacy regulation (eg GDPR) related to data quality
- Support the Business in their monitoring and acting on their Data Quality Business Rules scores
- Report, address and prioritize any Data Quality business concerns that need particular attention

Summarize and present regulatory and technical information to
non-technical audiences
Must Have Skills

Master’s Degree or equivalent by experience
- Proven experience in Data Quality in a large company
- Strong understanding of Data Governance and Data Management principles and practices
- Strong knowledge in Enterprise Architecture, and Data and Analytics
- Proven expertise in business and functional analysis
- Strong experience with analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Azure

Ability to challenge requirements and provide alternative approaches
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn new Data governance tools and programming languages

Fluent in Dutch or French, and English
