We’re an independent digital consultancy with big ambitions. With offices in Belgium, India and the UK, we support a wide range of businesses. We build digital teams and deliver digital solutions. We are hiring a Data Process Analyst.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze
and document business processes and data flows
- Create visual process maps and data flow diagrams
- Identify data requirements and data integration points across different systems and processes
- Provide recommendations for process optimization and data management improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across different processes and systems

Provide
support in the design and implementation of data solutions
Must Have Skills

Bachelor’s
degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related
field
- Proven experience in data analysis, process mapping, and data flow documentation
- Proficiency in data modeling and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Visio, ARIS)
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP technologies

Knowledge of data governance tools (e.g., Collibra)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have
- Excellent
communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional
teams
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
