Overview

We’re an independent digital consultancy with big ambitions. With offices in Belgium, India and the UK, we support a wide range of businesses. We build digital teams and deliver digital solutions. We are hiring a Data Process Analyst.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business processes and data flows
  • Create visual process maps and data flow diagrams 
  • Identify data requirements and data integration points across different systems and processes
  • Provide recommendations for process optimization and data management improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across different processes and systems  
  • Provide support in the design and implementation of data solutions

Must Have Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field  
  • Proven experience in data analysis, process mapping, and data flow documentation
  • Proficiency in data modeling and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Visio, ARIS)
  • Experience with Salesforce and SAP technologies
  • Knowledge of data governance tools (e.g., Collibra)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
