Overview

Business Project Manager with 4+ years of relevant experience in project and process management. Skilled in governance, delivery, risk, capacity, and performance management, with strong data analysis abilities. Leads boards and reporting, drives process optimisation, and ensures quality outcomes. Knowledge of Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for project governance
  • Responsible for deliverables (on time and quality), including underlying analysis where relevant
  • Leading project boards or steering committees
  • Project monitoring and reporting
  • Risk and issue management
  • Capacity and resource management
  • Performance management
  • Process optimisation
  • Describing, training, and coaching on all these activities
  • Measuring and accurate reporting to management

Must Have Skills

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Master’s degree 
  • Good expertise in MS Office
  • Knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations is mandatory  
  • Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation
  • Experience in project and process management
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch or French, with at least good passive knowledge of the other language
